How to change country in payments profile? | Google Play Console

You can not change country in payments profile.
You can not delete payments profile.
After you create new payments profile it is automatically linked to your Play Console.

Decision on the official website: htps://support.google.com
Solution: Need create new payment profile with correct country.

When I created my payments profile, I specified the country of Germany.
And after 5 months, my country of residence changed to Belarus.

My steps, How I changed country in payments profile for Google Play Console
Step 1. I open Google Play Console ... and create new payment profile with correct country.

Step 2. I open https://payments.google.com/gp/w/home/settings and go to old payments profile.
I select a new payments profile with the correct country.

Step 3. See what's happening with my payments profile

Current Language

English language

I opened Google Play Console ...
We can see that the new profile has been selected:

Google sent me an email to verify my identity:

I clicked the Confirm button in the email
A page appeared and I added a photo of my passport with my face passport.jpg and clicked send

I am waiting for a response from Google and a letter should come.
From my impatience
I open https://payments.google.com/gp/w/home/settings and go to new payments profile.
And we can see that Google is still processing my data:

• Proof of Address: The image does not show the authority that issued the document.

I have just taken a photo from my passport of which police department was issued (passport_other_page.png)
I added this photo to the form and clicked the Send button
