Run the project in Visual Studio on the computer Windows
Click on the menu: Debug → Start Without Debugging
And an error appeared:

To run this application, you must install .NET.
Would you like to download it now?

Decision

Шаг 1. Сначала посмотрим какую версю использует проект
Нажмем на проекте properties -> посмотрим Target Framework
Мой проект использует .NET 6.0

Шаг 2. Download and install the SDK

Так как проект версии .NET 6 значит открываем:
В Google Chrome открываю https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
В секции SDK 6.0.427 в Windows нажимаем на x64

На заметку! если проект версии .NET 5 открываем https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/5.0 . Если другой версии открываем другую версию ...

После скачивания устанавливаем.

Шаг 3. Запускаем проект
