Step 1
Save the AirPlane_green.ai file to the AirPlane_green.png file
Open the file
AirPlane_green.ai
in
Adobe Illustrator
Save to file:
AirPlane_green.png
Step 2
Open Paint and draw a frame
Open the file
AirPlane_green.png
in
Paint
Make the size of the picture wider (make the width and height the same)
Delete the image and draw the frame
Delete the image:
1) Press
ctr-a
2) Press
del
Draw a blue frame for a 1 pixel thick image:
Save as a file:

Step 3
Open Adobe PhotoShop and make the frame transparent inside
Open the file

Save to file

Open Adobe PhotoShop and create a new file with a transparent background (800 by 600 px)

Open Adobe PhotoShop and make an animation (a few similar pictures)
1)
Open the file
border.png
select the entire image and copy it to the clipboard (press
ctrl - c
)
2)
Open the file
AirPlane_green.png
paste from the buffer (press
ctrl - v
)
merge all layers
select the entire image and copy it to the clipboard (press
ctrl - c
)
3)
Open an empty file
animation.png
paste from the buffer (press
ctrl - v
)
Now edit the 2nd, 3rd, 4th images (add and remove the green crosses)
