I'm doing this conversion:

Plan (7 steps)

Step 1.

Open Adobe Photoshop and select the whole picture

Step 2.

Turn on the grid (to make it easier to align)

Step 3.

Select "Show Transform Controls"

Step 4.

Enable the transform option

Step 5.

Move the dots to the corners and the picture transforms

Step 6.

Turn off the grid

Step 7.

Let's see the result
