Шаг 1. Открываем программу для добавления пользователей
Шаг 2. Добавляем пользователя
Увидим что новый пользователь добавлися:
Шаг 3. Проверяем. Делаем Restart Windows
Выюключаем компьютер.
Включаем компьютер и перед загрузкой Windows 10 увидим пользователей.
Выберем новго пользователся: Tom
