1) Переключится на master ветку

2) Нажать Pull - rebase (берем в master ветку последние изменения)

3) берем изменения из нашей ветки
Нажимаем правой клавишей на нашу ветку
выбираем Cherry pick commit (то есть берем из нашей ветки изменения)

4) Кладем в мастер ветку изменения
Нажать Push
