Шаг 1. Открываем

Открываем open pull dialog ...

Шаг 2. Выбираем

Выбираем Remote-branch (то есть из какой ветки будем брать последние изменения)
Например: sprint/2021

Выбираем Merge remote branch into current branch

Нажимаем "Pull"

Готово
