1) Создаем новую Azure DevOps учетную запись (email)

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/devops

нажимаем на Start free

2) Создаем организацию "team-for"

То есть будет создан такой путь:
https://dev.azure.com/team-for

3) Создаем проект "Sample1" (git репозиторий)

Нажал внизу справа на кнопку "Create" и проект (git репозиторий) создался

Результат

в Boards можно писать описание задач
в Repos можно добавлять файлы (код программы) это git репозиторий
