В меню Visual Studio нажимаем Tools → Nuget Package Manager

Выбираем вкладку Browse и набираем текст Telerik.UI чтобы найти package Telerik

У меня проблема. У меня нет Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core.Trial (not found)

Решение

Шаг 1. Зарегистрироваться на telerik.com

Читать: регистрация на сайте https://telerik.com

Шаг 2. В Visual Studio 2017 добавить package source

В Visual Studio 2017 в меню открыть Tools -> Options
и добавить:
name: telerik.com
source: https://nuget.telerik.com/nuget
потом нужно будет ввести telerik login и password

Шаг 3. В Visual Studio 2017 на проекте в dependencies нажать на Manage NuGet Packages

выбрать

Слева мы видим packages которые доступны текущему пользователю telerik

На заметку! Для бесплатного (free) пользователя package Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core будет отсутствовать
