Problem! The site myjetbrains.com/youtrack does not open. This site is not available for Russia and Belarus

Decision:
I will install VPN for Google Chrome

Step 1.

Open Google Chrome and download VPN

Step 2.

Install VPN (in the form of Extensions) in Google Chrome

Step 3.

Making sure that the VPN is always visible in Google Chrome (we see the status of the VPN working or not)

Step 4.

I launch VPN (click on the icon at the top and click on the circle)

Step 1. Open Google Chrome and download VPN

In Google Chrome open the link https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/free-vpn-for-chrome-vpn-p/ ... this is VPN
Click: Add to Chrome

Click: Add extension

Click on: Free

Click: Done

Continue:

Step 2. Install VPN (in the form of Extensions) in Google Chrome

Click on the free version:

Step 3. Making sure that the VPN is always visible in Google Chrome (we see the status of the VPN working or not)

Step 4. I launch VPN (click on the icon at the top and click on the circle)

Result:
We see that the VPN has started.
Open the site myjetbrains.com/youtrack and it works!
