Run the project in Visual Studio on the computer Windows
Click on the menu: Debug → Start Without Debugging
And an error appeared:

Solution 1 Allow not valid certificate for localhost

Open Google Chrome and enter chrome://flags
В поиске введем Allow invalid certificates for resources loaded from localhost и нажмем Enabled
Вот так:

Solution 2 Creating a local certificate for port 7284 in my case

Right-click on the Windows icon:

Now click on Power Shell (admin):

Let's run the command:

Command Prompt (Win Console)

cd 'C:\Program Files\IIS Express'
